What files do I upload?
Upload the AKM Marketing Report (.xlsx) as your primary data source — it contains priorities, areas, DSO remarks, and contact info. Optionally upload Neha's Remarks file for additional call remark analysis and DSO follow-up tracking.
How is lead status classified?
Each DSO remark is automatically scanned for keywords. Leads are categorized as Hot Lead (quotation/sample requested), Follow-up Needed (tomorrow, will update), No Requirement, Already has Vendor, Not Reachable (busy, meeting, absent), Not Interested, or ABSENT.
How does the search bar work?
Type any client name, area, remark keyword, or person name. Results show matching leads with their DSO remark, Neha's remark (if uploaded), priority level, and status — all in real time as you type.
What do the Priority levels mean?
P1 (High) — Most promising leads requiring immediate attention. P2 (Medium) — Good potential, needs follow-up. P3 (Low) — Lower priority, future opportunity. P4 (Very Low) — Minimal immediate potential.
What are "Unique Client Visits"?
The count of distinct clients each marketing person visited, deduplicated by client name. This shows actual reach rather than total calls (which may include repeat visits to the same client).
How is distance (KM) calculated?
Each lead in the AKM report includes a Km column representing the distance to that client's area. The dashboard sums these per person and per area to show total travel coverage.
